My path began in 1994, traveling solo through over 70 countries across Asia, the Americas, Africa, and Oceania — seeking sacred places, deep energies, and the truth beneath the surface.
Each journey blends grounded wisdom, cultural immersion, and soul-level presence — allowing people to see themselves clearly, dream bigger, and return home forever changed.

Baking and cooking classes offered in intimate, inspiring settings—at my home overlooking the olive groves of the French Riviera, in private residences, onboard yachts, and through workshops for retreats, conferences, and groups worldwide.
Each session is modular and intuitive, designed to meet the needs of individuals and groups alike. Classes include effortless baking techniques; gluten-free, lactose-free, and dairy-free cooking made simple and accessible; as well as Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, Thai, and Vietnamese cuisines.
The focus is on nourishment, presence, and practical skills—creating food that supports health, connection, and everyday vitality.
